I called for a much needed Massage Therapy appointment for serious pain issues & was greeted politely & worked in their schedule ASAP! I had heard & read very Good to Excellent Reviews for the Professional Massage Skills, Techniques & Atmosphere at this Convenient location in a very spacious, modern & well decorated commercial building! The young lady Masseuse, Miss Ailah, used Her excellent Skills to Heal my problem areas, realign my Vertebrae and allow Me to Relax & feel Human again!! Thank God because I was totally Miserable & Suffering when I arrived an hour before! Folks Miss Aila performed absolutely the BEST Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage for Serious Painful Issues, that I have experienced Anywhere! Ailah is obviously extremely well Trained, Naturally Gifted & Very Experienced with different, Special Techniques to identify & help Alleviate those injured muscles & damaged tissue areas! You will be pleased & amazed I know, as I was! More than Reasonable at $60 an hour with soothing music, in This clean impressive, professional atmosphere! If you need & desire a Real Healing Experience then You must invest an Hour with this 45 year old dedicated Chinese Lady and say Hello for Mr Jack! I have found various Asian massage Therapists with cute faces, warm hands, but also very limited & disappointing Healing Skills; Not to mention the poor work ethics & an occasional “pissy” bad attitude on an unfortunate wasted day! Such is the Human Experience, I suppose!

While the prices haven't risen in the past few years, the things they charge for have increased. I've never not tipped, however, it is now a mandatory $10 tip. And there is a mandatory operating fee (?) Of $5.60. I refused to pay all that amd get a couples massage too. Naw...pass.

She was able to get me in very quickly which was nice. I wondered why nobody was there and now I do know why. During my massage, she pulled the towel off of my entire body so I was laying there with no cover, which was extremely uncomfortable. Then she got on the table and stuck her knees on each side of my head as she was rubbing my back from my neck down to my hip area and she put her knees on my hair and she ripped out a handful of hair, and I know it was not on purpose but it hurt terribly bad. Then she was pushing on the top upper part of my spine and my spine still hurts and that’s been two days ago. I tipped her $10 on the $90 massage because of the pain that I was in. She then asked me for a bigger tip by using her phone and a language app because she doesn’t speak English well, so I gave her $5.00 more. I would absolutely not recommend going here to get a massage. Extremely unprofessional and she left me in a lot of pain. I’ve had a lot of massages throughout my life and I’ve never experienced anything like this, or anything as horrible as this massage experience.
